1. Your choice comes first

When you first visit buildsafe.world, a banner asks whether you accept optional cookies and tracking. If you choose Decline, analytics and embedded third-party tools do not load. If you choose Accept, they load as described below. Your choice is stored on your device (localStorage, key buildsafe_cookie_consent) so we do not ask again on every visit. You can change your choice at any time via the Cookie Settings link in the footer.

2. What we use

Strictly necessary. This static site needs no login cookies. Your consent choice itself is stored locally on your device, not on our servers.

Analytics (optional). Google Analytics 4, via Google Tag Manager, measures aggregate visits (pages viewed, approximate region, device type). It loads only after you accept. Google processes this data under its own terms; IP addresses may be processed outside Canada.

Waitlist form (optional). Our waitlist uses an embedded Tally.so form. When loaded (after you accept), Tally sets its own cookies to run the form and receives the name, email and answers you type into it. Tally processes data under its privacy notice.

3. What we do not do

We do not sell cookie data. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking for ad targeting. We do not load social-media tracking pixels on this site.

4. Managing cookies in your browser

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking all cookies will not break this site, but embedded tools (analytics, waitlist form) will not function until allowed.

5. Changes and contact
